Fruits are full of wholesome goodness and they are known to be highly nutritious. Most think that fruits are only for children as they are good during the growing up years. However people from every age group should have fruits as they have a million good properties that all should benefit from. Fruits have another effect on your body that most do not know about; they help you have a positive temperament.

Yes it is true! A study was carried out using a number of infants in which equal number of infants was divided into three groups. The first group was treated to a diet of condensed milk and other baby food products. The second group was treated to a diet that included baby food, cereals and some fruits and vegetables. The third group was treated to a diet of aquatic foods, fresh fruits and vegetables.

It was found that the third group of infants, those who were treated with an exclusive diet of fruits and vegetables showed positive temperament while those belonging to the other two groups were found to have negative temperament. This startling discovery only proves that fruits have a strong positive influence in our lives, not only are they good for our body but perfect for our temperament as well!
