How to Get Rid Of Arm Fat

arm fat, arm fat treatmentMany people complain about not being able to get rid of their arm fat. There is no such thing as spot reduction. If you want to lose arm fat you would have to check on your overall body fat. Also you would have to maintain a healthy and balanced diet without indulging in excessive amounts of colas and fried foods.

–          There are some exercises which can be done along with some weight training and cardio to have toned arms.

Exercises for arm fat reduction

  • Lie down on a flat surface and take a steel rod and hold it above your head, palms out. Then raise it and lower it rhythmically, keeping your elbows as close to each other as possible.  Do this 15 times in sets of 3. Doing them once daily should be fine.
  • After that, you should stand up and hold the rod, this time palms face the floor. Repeat the same number of cycles by raising and lowering the rod. Do the same again, but this time you should hold the rod with your palms facing you. It would seem as if you are lifting something towards your upper torso.
  • Another exercise which you could do is with the help of ten pound weights. Take one in both hands and take your arms above your head and bend your arms so that the weight reaches the back of your neck. Then raise the weight repeatedly for 25 times. This is to reduce the fat around your inner triceps.

All these methods are very helpful and show results within less than two months.
